Former New Orleans Police Department interim superintendent Michelle Woodfork will lead the District Attorney s Office forensics and intelligence department, the public agency announced Tuesday.
“Under her leadership we started to see the violent crime rate reduced. I attribute that to some of the strategies she employed,” said Rafael Goyeneche.
