Updated 23/02/2021 11:19 GMT Dancing On Ice s Unlucky 13th Series: The Story So Far Jason Donovan recently became the seventh cast member to withdraw from the show, following Hamish Gaman, Joe-Warren Plant and Denise Van Outen. We have to hand it to the Dancing On Ice team – they’ve well and truly managed to keep the show on the road this year despite hurdles like injuries, switch-ups within the cast and, of course, the small matter of a global pandemic to contend with. It’s clearly been quite the challenge, though. Since the new series launched in January, we’ve seen a total of five celebrity contestants and two professional skaters forced to withdraw from the show for a variety of reasons, with ITV even putting the show on pause for one week to give the cast and crew a bit of respite.
