In fact, were seeing the roads behind us right here almost completely dry. Still some puddles right in this intersection you see right here at william and stevens street just half an hour ago there was a car that was stranded here even as the water had receded. Thats now been towed away. Take a look at this video though that we shot earlier when the water higher. Some drivers taking the risk and plowing through the water, others becoming stuck and having to ditch their cars. Police have put out an advisory on social media, they were warning residents and drivers to stay inside, to stay off the roads.
