Demonstrators were supposed to stay on the sidewalks after the sun went down but that didnt happen. Christian hartnett is in oakland. What is happening now . Reporter well brian, there was a lot of tension between police and protesters tonight. And just like police said they would, there have been arrests made on protesters who insist on marching through the streets. I hereby declare this to be an unlawful assembly.
