Warren Equity Announces Acquisition of ADB Companies and Add-On of ETAK Systems

Warren Equity Partners (“Warren Equity”), a lower middle market private equity firm, is pleased to announce the acquisition of ADB Companies, LLC, and its affiliates (“ADB” or the “Company”) from the Keeley Companies. ADB, based in St. Louis, Missouri, is a leading turnkey provider of telecommunication and utility infrastructure solutions in the United States. Rusty Keeley, CEO of the Keeley Companies, and Chad Johnson, CEO of ADB, will maintain significant equity stakes in the Company. Mr. Keeley and Mr. Johnson will continue as members of the Company’s Board of Directors, and Mr. Johnson will remain CEO of the Company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Marks Third Stand-Alone Hauling Operating Location in the Commonwealth

HARRISONBURG, VA.–
Meridian Waste, an integrated, non-hazardous solid waste services company, announced today it closed on the purchase of a new acquisition in the Harrisonburg marketplace, its third hauling operation in the state since beginning Virginia operations in February 2017.
The acquisition includes Trash or Treasure, LLC servicing residential and commercial small business in Harrisonburg and throughout Rockingham County. The terms of the asset purchase agreement remain private. A new Meridian Waste hauling location has been opened at 511 Bridge Street, Staunton, VA 24401. The 4,800 square foot building is a 1908-built former bakery and distribution warehouse and will house the operational and maintenance facilities for the company serving the Augusta County Convenience Centers hauling contract and the newly acquired residential and commercial contracts in Rockingham Count

Meridian Waste, an integrated, non-hazardous solid waste services company, announced it closed on the purchase of a new acquisition in the greater Raleigh, N.C., marketplace, its second in the state since beginning operations in January 2020.
The acquisition includes McConnell Waste Systems, Inc., located in Fuquay-Varina, N.C. The terms of the asset purchase agreement remain private. Assets will be managed under the current Meridian Waste structure and operate from the company’s hauling location at 103 Rupert Rd. location in Raleigh, N.C.
The acquired assets from McConnell Waste Systems, Inc., include industrial commercial contracts in the greater Raleigh metro area. The acquisition will build collection density within the marketplace as well as volume through the company’s network of N.C. transfer stations.
