Iowa’s manager of the state tourism office, Amy Zeigler, is speaking Aug. 4 at the Warren County Economic Development Corporation annual Warren County Business Breakfast at the National Balloon Classic Memorial Balloon Field Sponsor Building, 15335 Jewell St., Indianola.
The event is free. Reservations are required at tinyurl.com/WCBusinessBreakfast. People from across the county usually attend, said Rachel Gocken, Warren County Economic Development executive director.
Three weeks before the scheduled event, Gocken said there were already nearly 50 people signed up to attend. Attendees are usually business owners and managers, nonprofit managers, elected officials and many other community leaders.

The event is 7:30-8:30 a.m. and includes a chance to win one of several giveaways including a Warren County themed gift basket worth more than $200.
Along with Zeigler’s presentation, the event offers time for networking with business leaders, elected officials and other community leaders.
