Charities across Suffolk have the chance to receive a share of £20,000 with our Cash For Charities campaign.
We have set up this initiative in a bid to support some of the most stretched charities in Suffolk and north Essex.
At a time where so many good causes need help after being hit by the coronavirus pandemic, we are asking you to help decide where the money should go.
The Aspect Living Foundation provide meals on wheels in Suffolk and they have signed up to Cash For Charities

Charities can often be the first port of call for people in their hour of need - now we are giving you the chance to return the favour!
This newspaper is launching its Cash For Charities campaign in a bid to support some of our most stretched services in Norfolk, Waveney, and north Suffolk.

In Norfolk alone, charities are estimated to have lost £120m during the Covid pandemic, putting the squeeze on the county s most vulnerable people.

An ambitious appeal is aiming to raise vital funds to help transform a school playground into a specialised outdoor learning environment.
A small but dedicated group of parents and staff are working tirelessly to raise thousands of pounds towards improving the outdoor facilities at the Lowestoft-area Warren School.
The Warren Association Trust is continuing with its aim of creating A special playground for a special school, as an Aviva Community Fund Crowdfunder page is now live and running until March 23.
