Funeral services for Marlys Pemble, 85, of Everly, will be conducted at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, March 30, 2024, at Warner Chapel in Everly. Rev. Mike Eeten will officiate the service. Visitation will take place, beginning at 4 p.m., with family present from 4-6 p.m., at Warner Funeral Home in Spencer. Private burial will be conducted at a later date.
Funeral services for Richard “Rick” Burgeson, 69, of Royal, will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 21, 2023, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, in Royal. Visitation with the family present will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at Willow Creek Cemetery in Royal. Burgeson passed Dec. 15, 2023, at Spencer Hospital. Warner Funeral Home of Spencer is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be open at 5 p.m., Friday, with family present to receive friends from 5-7 p.m., at the church. Burial will be at a later date. He passed away Dec. 1, 2023, at home in Donna, Texas.
