The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, exempt any of the following projects from the application of the provisions of Chapters ll and IlII: The projects listed in Section 10A are those vital to the national security or defence of India. Projects listed in Section 10A will be exempt from the requirement to obtain the prior consent of the landowners.
