OXFORD MAGISTRATES’ COURT AKHMED ASFAR, 35, of Hilton Road, Banbury, admitted drink-driving on Queens Road, Banbury on January 11. He had 78mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £180, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 40 months. GRAHAM STEWART, 52, of School View, Banbury, admitted drug-driving on Oxford Road, Banbury on November 20. He had 338mcg of benzoylecgonine in one litre of blood, above the legal limit of 50mcg. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.
