Reminder that ULEZ will cover Haringey by October
Transport for London (TfL) has confirmed that from October 25, 2021, the central ULEZ (Ultra low emission zone) is increasing to create a single larger zone .
The expansion will reach the North Circular Road (A406) and South Circular Road (A205), although the roads themselves are not in the zone.
As with the existing ULEZ in London, the expanded zone will continue to operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week with a £12.50 charge for vehicles that don t meet the emission standards.
The purpose of the scheme is to improve the capital s air quality, which has contributed to thousands of premature deaths and other serious conditions in the capital.
