You You shooting: Suspect arrested in Wallkill restaurant attack TOWN OF WALLKILL - A man has been accused of shooting someone whom he thought was a police officer outside of a restaurant on Wednesday night, police said. Hector Luna, a 27-year-old town resident, is accused of shooting a 48-year-old Walden man in front of You You Asian Cuisine Restaurant in Wallkill. Wallkill Police Chief Robert Hertman said during a briefing on Friday that Luna thought the Walden man was a police officer. Luna will face felony charges of assault and criminal possession of a weapon. Hertman said the weapon used was a small-caliber handgun.
