these companies are engaging in to sort of comply with the norms of today. i don t think it s necessarily required but more people are going to find it more and more something they need to be doing to get jobs. brian: walker, how does that sit with you and do you feel like peter feels that you will need the certificate to get the job you want? certainly moving in that direction stanford diversity requirement in order to graduate. i think it s going to become more and more pervasive across more institutions over the next decade also really concerning just to see the price tag on these certificates. it s really an i scratch your back you scratch mine type of relationship between these universities and the die bureaucracy. dean steinbeck who had shut down on led the charge to shut down judge duncan at stanford, she was making upwards of $200,000 a year. brian: can you believe this?
