This morning Osvaldo Arroyo is still sore from the violent impact that sent him to temple hospital and claimed his brothers life. Damaging to every family member, yes, in every way possible. Reporter family friend natalie hall says the arroyos are devastated by the death of francis and the severe wounding of osvaldo. The brothers were driving to his house in this mazda after doing work on a special needs van. He was working on the van for several hours and this happened.
