Allegedly pulled a gun and shot the victim once in the chest. Friends say the bullet tour right through keegans right lung. Gunman then fled and was apprehended a short time later. Police say it was 72 hours of Intense Police work that led them to 28 year old Honduran National martin matteo garcia. He was taken in for questioning monday night just before 9 00 and now stands charged with the Sexual Assault of a 26 year old woman in her spruce street apartment. We have this guy off the street, and you can rest easy today. Reporter garcia was picked up at this broad Street Restaurant where police say he works preparing foods. He makes deliveries for other restaurants in the written house square area where the attack took place saturday morning. Detectives also confiscated his bike, they say its similar to the one seen on Surveillance Video right before the attack. This appears to have been crime of opportunity. Reporter detectivesly searched garcias home at eighth and moore and found the victims stolen cell phone.
