Dignitaries break ground Saturday morning at the Kaiaulu O Kupuohi Apartments in Lahaina. Developed by Urban Housing Communities with managing general partner Ikaika âOhana, the affordable housing project will construct 89 units on the roughly two-acre property off Kupuohi Street.
