He says people want to know when theyll get the report. We can tell them all its going to be there tomorrow, but ive been hopeful of that for a couple of weeks now, and its just not happening. It gets so far and then it basically goes belly up and stops or locks up. The linn county treasurer also uses part of the system to send out tax bills. But despite past problems, this office is also able to do everything manually as a backup. It takes a little extra time, a little extra man power, but then we can be assured that were sending the right amount of money to the right entities.
