A third-grade cricketer from Queensland has made headlines around the world after taking six wickets in six balls to win a club match in a stunning last over.
Clair McDougall, 79, died peacefully in his sleep on October 13, 2023, in Sandy Springs, GA. He was born on August 30, 1944, in Winona, MN, and grew up on a farm near Eyota, MN with his parents (a farmer and a teacher/librarian), brother Duane, grandparents, about 30 cows and plenty of “free range” chickens and geese. He had fond memories of spending his weekends roaming Grandma Martin’s farm with his brother and cousins, looking forward to the precious jar of homemade cookies.
