Devon Wade Lockhart, age 30, of Rosepine, was arrested and charged with one count of Cruelty to Juveniles - Aggravated Assault. Bond was set at $ 5,000.00. Lockhart posted bond and was released.
Brandy Nance Cromp, age 27, of Rosepine, was arrested and charged with Principal to Cruelty to a Juvenile. Bond was set at $ 75,000.00. Cromp remains in the VPSO jail.

Sterlin Blake Williams, age 28, of Evans, was arrested by Agents with the Vernon Parish Narcotics Task Force. Agents charged Williams with one count of Possession of Marijuana and one count of Illegal possession of a firearm while in possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Bond was set at $ 10,000.00. Williams posted bond and was released.
