WABASH TOWNSHIP, Ind. (WLFI) - The Wabash Township Board passed resolutions on Tuesday supporting a retirement and benefits plan for the three paid fire department employees.
As we previously reported, the 1977 Retirement Fund is similar to 401(k) and 403(b) retirement plans.

Wabash Township Board Member resigns
Board member Michelle Wietbrock resigned on Tuesday. This comes as the remaining board members tabled a resolution that would create a pension program for paid firefighters.
