WARREN, Pa. Federal agents served warrants at five Hertel and Brown Physical and Aquatic therapy locations, including one in Warren County, Tuesday morning.
According to a Tuesday release from Scott Brady, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania:
“Today, special agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General, Department of Veterans Affairs – Office of Inspector General, and the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General executed court authorized federal search warrants at the following locations:

WARREN, Pa. Federal search warrants were served Tuesday morning at several Erie, Pa.-based physical therapy locations, including at one in the city of Warren, Pa.
A sign at the Hertel & Brown Physical & Aquatic in Warren indicated that the business was closed for the day.
The execution of the warrants included members of the FBI; Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General; Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Inspector General; and the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General.
No further information regarding the searches, specifically what authorities are investigating or if anything was removed, was made available.
