The victim calls police and says the man that assaulted, raped and tried to rob me is here in this store. The dna was sent to the lab for testing a year before the results came back. I dont know why it would take so long. Its a shame they cant rush them through sooner. Investigators took a swab of the suspects dna in february last year when they picked him up on an illegal gun charge. The results from the state police lab didnt come back until january this year.
