Serbia s Millennium Resorts, Marriott agree to build 90 mln euro hotel complex Source: Serbian Government BELGRADE (Serbia), May 20 (SeeNews) - Serbian company Millennium Resorts has signed a cooperation agreement with Marriott International for the construction of a 90 million euro ($110 million) hotel complex in Vranjska Banja, the Serbian government said. The complex, with a workforce of 350 employees, will feature two hotels of Marriott brands, medical and spa facilities, apartments, villas and bungalows, the government quoted the director of Millennium Resorts, Ivan Bosnjak, as saying in a press release on Wednesday. The project is a very important step for Marriott International, as after Belgrade, the company is expanding elsewhere in the country, Markus Lehnert, vice president international hotel development at Marriott International, said in the press release.

Another dozen of bills in the field of finance will be discussed in the next two 10 days. The proposed budget rebalancing envisages 1,356.2 billion dinars of total revenues and incomes, 1,768.4 billion dinars of total expenditures and expenses. The GDP projection for this year has been kept at the level of 6 percent. Presenting the details of the rebalancing proposal, the Minister of Finance said that the public debt at the general level will not exceed 60 percent at the end of the year, which he believes is a good result, given the actual pandemic and its effects worldwide.
