After briefly reviewing the allegations of jammed voting tabulators and the use of a “duffle bag” full of ballots at Fairfield Warde High School, the State Elections Enforcement Commission unanimously rejected the complaint of Paula Gallo, of Fairfield’s Beacon View Drive.
