Every year with the expectation that they will be city employees, it is not realistic nor is it needed. Do you have Employment Information on the participants . We track them over many years through the use of matching, and over two thirds of our jobs now graduates still have earnings three years post jobs now, meaning in fact, not only do they have earnings, where the earnings increased.
