Vice President Ma ruf Amin has asked that the quality of teaching and instructors at Community-based Vocational Training Centers (BLKs) be improved. (Asdep KIP Setwapres) Jakarta (ANTARA) - Indonesian Vice President Ma ruf Amin has called for improving the quality of Community-based Vocational Training Centers (BLKs) in the country, especially in terms of training materials and facilitators.
Amin conveyed his views on the subject while receiving Manpower Minister Ida Fauziyah at his residence in Jakarta on Thursday.
During the meeting, Amin lauded the increasing number of religious-based community institutions, such as Islamic boarding schools, that are served by the training program, said spokesperson for the Vice President, Masduki Baidlowi.
