Rosatom planning to attract international investors for development of transit via NSR MOSCOW. May 26 (Interfax) - The Rosatom state corporation expects to attract foreign partners to develop transit freight traffic along the Northern Sea Route, Vladimir Panov, Rosatom s special representative for Arctic development, who supervises the development of the Northern Sea Route at the state corporation, said in an interview with Interfax. There is no doubt that the Northern Sea Route will develop along the lines of international cooperation. Transit cargo on the Northern Sea Route will be international. For us it is very important to build open cooperation and stable partnership, Panov said.
