Kohima, Aug. 10 (EMN): Advisor of Technical Education and Elections, Medo Yhokha, on Wednesday affirmed that the state government was seriously concern for the welfare of women and to promote entrepreneur opportunities for their self-sustenance and economic uplift. He stated this during the 6th foundation day-cum-Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebration of Japfüphi Women Livelihoods and Credit Cooperative Society (JWLCCS) Ltd. at CMTC in Jakhama town. He has highlighted various initiatives of the state government led by the chief minister, Neiphiu Rio, including enactment of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI) on local context, CM Micro-finance Initiatives, efforts to attract CSR funding and holding education fest.
