Vitafusion Recall: Gummy Vitamins For Kids And Adults Pulled Over Metal Contamination Concerns

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. (CHD) has recalled five types of Vitafusion gummy vitamins due to possible contamination of a metallic mesh material in the product.
The recall affects select Vitafusion product lots manufactured between Oct. 29, 2020, and Nov. 3, 2020. The contaminated vitamins were sold in-store and through online retailers between Nov. 13, 2020, and April 9, 2021.
The lot of vitamins recalled include Vitafusion Kids Melatonin 50-count gummies with the UPC number 0-27917-00170-8, Vitafusion MultiVites 150-count gummies with the UPC number 0-27917-01919-2, Vitafusion Fiber Well 220-count gummies with the UPC 0-27917-01984-0, Vitafusion Melatonin 44-count gummies with the UPC number 0-27917-28011-0, Vitafusion SleepWell 250-count gummies with the UPC number 0-27917-02524-7, Vitafusion Fiber Well 90-count gummies with the UPC number 0-27917-01890-4, and
