THE first homes at a new housing development on a former Ellesmere Port school site have been released for open market sale. Linden Homes expect the first phase of properties at the Acorns Green development on Regent Street to completed by the summer. The housebuilder says a range of two and three-bedroom homes are available through a range of schemes to help prospective buyers. The development will eventually provide 55 new homes on the site once occupied by The Acorns Primary School. A total of 39 homes will go on sale through Linden Homes, while a further 16 affordable homes will be offered through Cheshire West and Chester Council who are working with Vistry Partnership’s to help boost and rebalance the borough s housing supply.
