On Saturday January 14th from 11-9, Ceramica in Vista Village will be holding its Grand ReOpening featuring pottery painting, hand-building, wheel throwing, raku firing demonstrations and much more. After briefly closing down, Ceramica will reopen and feature the much-beloved painting of pottery but will also highlight new offerings such as hand-building with clay, throwing on the potters wheel, firing in a portable Japanese Raku kiln as well as demonstrations from a local glass blower and plein air painter.
A 20-year-old man is in critical but stable condition in the hospital after being attacked in Vista early Saturday morning, according to the San Diego Sheriff’s Department Vista Station.
