BayCare announced it s tightening its visitation rules beginning Tuesday, Aug. 3 due to the surge of COVID-19 cases in the area.
âNo one takes any pleasure in having to limit visits from patientsâ loved ones or telling someone they will need to wait for their procedure,â said BayCare Chief Operating Officer Glenn Waters. âBut our first priority has to be to keep our facilities as safe as possible for all our patients and caregivers so patients can recover and return home as soon as possible.â
Jun. 5—PLATTSBURGH — In the wake of requests and complaints regarding the Clinton County Nursing Home's visitation policy, Administrator Wendie Bishop said most families were satisfied with the more cautious steps her facility has taken. Bishop was not at the Clinton County Legislature's regular meeting on May 26, where several family members of some residents spoke out against what they felt .
