The Delhi High Court rejected a petition seeking Arvind Kejriwal s removal as Delhi Chief Minister following his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate. The court said that Kejriwal s right to continue as CM, leaving the decision to the executive. Another bench reserved its verdict on Kejriwal s challenge to his arrest.
A division bench of the Delhi High Court said it was Kejriwal's personal call on whether to continue as the chief minister or not. The HC asked the petitioner to approach the constitutional authorities.
