Ltd. in Japan. During the commissioning ceremony on Friday, Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade highlighted how the newest addition to the PCG fleet would boost its capability to perform "humanitarian" missions and address its "safety concerns and commitments" in Philippine waters.
