Customers in areas being serviced by Visayan Electric Co. Inc. can expect a decrease of P0.89 per kilowatt-hour in their electricity bill this month and in March.
For the third time since December, the Visayan Electric will implement a decrease of P0.89 per kwh reduction in the electricity bill, this time, for the month of February to March.
