Dimapur, Aug. 30 (EMN): The MSME Development and Facilitation office, Dimapur, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in association with District Industries Centre and Business Association of Nagas (BAN), organised one-day entrepreneurship awareness programmes at Tseminyu and Wokha on August 29 and 30, respectively. Speaking as the chief guest at the programme held at Tseminyu, DC Tseminyu, Dr. Zasekuolie Chusi, said that he aspires the recently created district to be developed as a model district and a business hub. The DC said the MSME sector is very important as it contribute more than 29% to the GDP and also responsible for 50% of the country’s total exports. Chusi said entrepreneurs need to build their profiles to meet the criteria and avail schemes offered by the MSME ministry.
