Midcoast Music Academy to release virtual winter recital film: ‘Play on’

Midcoast Music Academy, a community music school in Rockport, premieres its virtual winter recital, Play On, Sunday, Feb. 21, at 3 p.m.
Since the start of the school year in 2020, MCMA has offered music lessons and ensembles both virtually and in-person. They have been fortunate to have maintained a robust program despite the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, according to MCMA, in a news release.
Traditionally, MCMA hosts a large February recital at the Strand Theatre as a culmination of a semester of hard work.
