Here are some events coming up in February.
… The Natick Community Organic Farm will soon begin maple sugaring, and with that, maple sugaring tours from mid-February to early March. For information, including tour dates and (yes) coronavirus information, visit https://www.natickfarm.org/maple sugaring/
Not into maple sugaring? The farm is open daily from 9 a.m. until dusk. Say hi to the animals, and purchase a variety of items (including meats, maple syrup, veggies and yarn) from the market stand. Social distancing and masks required.
Signup for spring programs will open on Jan. 31. Visit natickfarm.org for details.
Sullivan s Travels: Help clean up Natick s Coolidge Hill next weekend
Wicked Local
Pat Conaway and his “Keep Natick Beautiful” team will be cleaning up the top of Coolidge Hill on Dec. 12 from 9 a.m.-noon (postponed from Dec. 5 due to weather).
According to Conaway, the site’s been used for some heavy-duty partying over the past couple of months, and means lots of trash and broken glass.
If you can spare an hour or two, come on down the grassy triangle at the foot of the hill on Jefferson Street, or the shoulder near the sledding hill on School Street.
