The Mountain Home School Board will consider 45 potential student transfers in its regular monthly session Thursday evening at 6.One of several board action items is the district’s policy that requires the board to approve transfers, both in and out of the district, in July and December. Mountain Home has 33 requests for students to enter the district and 12 students who seek to transfer out.
The potential list of incoming students features 12 currently enrolled at Norfork, nine at Flippin, eight at Cotter, three at Viola and one at Calico Rock. Eight students are seeking to transfer to the Cotter district, two to Flippin and one each to Norfork and Ozark Mountain.
