CHARLESTON The West Virginia Division of Highways now has six new “clean” diesel dump trucks, thanks to a cooperative effort between the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP) and the West Virginia Department of Transportation (WVDOT). The collaboration between the WVDEP and the WVDOT is an example of the cooperative spirit among West Virginia Executive Branch agencies.
