The Tyler Civic Chorale and Orchestra present "Requiem in D minor", KV 626 by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart on May 14 at 7:30 pm and May 15 at 3:00 pm in the sanctuary of First Presbyterian Church. Artistic director Weston Jennings will lead the choir and orchestra trough the evening's program that begins with "Symphony No. 39 in E-flat", KV 543, and concludes with an epic performance of Mozart's "Requiem" featuring guest vocalists Virginia Elizondo, Dianna Grabowski, Matthew Corcoran, and Brian Shircliffe. Audiences are invited to learn more about this work at pre-concert talk 30 minutes before the concert start time with Tyler Civic Chorale Artistic Director Weston Jennings in the sanctuary. Tickets are $20 for adults in advance and $25 at the door. Admission for students and children is free. Parking is available on the south and east sides of the building with designated handicap parking available in the upper portion of the south lot.
