so it s unacceptable. i mean, and that i know of, i mean, not a lot of firings have gone on at the v.a. as a consequence of this. well, there haven t been a lot of firings. there have been a lot of investigations but not a lot of firings. and unfortunately the idea of accountability has become politicized in washington. so it s prevented, frankly, the v.a. from getting some of the resources and the, you know, the support they need from congress to not only make it easier to fire people but frankly to hire the right people because there are a lot of individuals in the v.a. who are doing a good job. and we talk a lot about the bad actors which there certainly are, but there are also huge shortages of mental health professionals, for example. there are v.a. medical centers across the country who don t have enough docs to see the veterans. accountability is something we re very focused on, but from our perspective, it s not just about firing, it s about hiring and retaining the right p
