The scene of the crime. Ashley guindon, a Prince William Police Officer and crystal hamilton, a Young Woodbridge mother. This weekend, hamilton was shot and killed in what was described as a domestic dispute with her husband. Guindon was the responding officer. It was her first day on the job. My heart is broken. My pain is beyond measure. Reporter hamiltons sister, wendy howard, told her that and her husband were having problems. I would have never imagined it would have led to this. Reporter two lives cut short. Dozens of people lined the streets of woodbridge. Just to pay respects for somebody in the line of duty, trying to do the right thing. Its emotional. It is.
