Shenandoah Downs will usher out its seven-week fall harness racing season on Saturday & Sunday, Oct. 28 & 29 with a pair of 14-race programs, headlined by Sunday's $802,200 Virginia Breeder's Championships as the richest card in Virginia harness racing history.
Two-year-old pacers and trotters of both sexes will take centre stage this weekend at Shenandoah Downs as the final round of Virginia Breeder's prep and elimination races take place in advance of the $702,200 "Day of Champions" card on Sunday, Oct. 29.
Shenandoah Downs will open its eighth fall season of pari-mutuel harness racing on Saturday, Sept. 16 at the Shenandoah County Fairgrounds in Woodstock, Virginia and continue its seven-week "Harness The Mountain Magic" campaign through Oct. 29.
