Harvest restaurant owner Michael Mauch said he was glad police officers are cracking down on crime, but he can’t help but wonder how many more are still out there.
The changes comes several weeks after a Virginia Beach police officer failed to activate his body cam before he shot and killed 25-year-old Donovon Lynch on March 26 at the Oceanfront.
