Mumbai, April 10 : The Bombay High Court has censured actor Kamal Rashik Khan for his controversial and defamatory tweets against producer Vashu Bhagnani, his family, business, and his profession as well as all his projects.
KRK, as Khan prefers calling himself, has been barred by the court from putting out any further tweets against Bhagnani and his business interests till the pendency of the Rs. 1 crore defamation suit filed by the producer for defamatory, slanderous , and distasteful statements as well as patently false allegations on KRK s Twitter and YouTube accounts.

Advocate Manoj Gadkari, actor Kamaal R Khan s lawyer, told the Bombay High Court that he had not defamed Vashu Bhagnani. Bombay High Court restrained actor Kamaal R Khan from publishing, circulating or repeating the defamatory tweets against the producer.

Advocate Manoj Gadkari, actor Kamaal R Khan s lawyer, told the Bombay High Court that he had not defamed Vashu Bhagnani. Kamaal had merely commented about the films produced by him. His lawyer said that Kamaal never intended to defame anybody, but he is a film critic and in his capacity as a critic, he had passed several remarks about the films produced by Bhagnani.
