The citizens of Vinton have united after a fire destroyed popular Riverside Park and a truck belonging to the Vinton Parks and Recreation Department, KCRG reports.
Just as Eastern Iowa finally began to enjoy some comfortable, recreational spring weather, one town's playground reportedly suffered major damage making it a total loss.
