For the pennsylvania turnpike. A few changes are being made. We usually see packed roads. In an hour from now, turnpike crews will open off lanes open all lanes of the pennsylvania turnpike in both directions. That means no construction, no scheduled maintenance taking out a lane. This is all to accommodate heavy thanksgiving travel expected to start today and last through the sund sunday after thanksgiving. Over 3. 5 million cars and trucks are expected to use the turnpike for the holiday. Thats over 3. 5 million vehicles from the area. Im telling you, this is nice stretch of weather. Today is actually going to end up a pretty seasonable day. But it is clear, and it stays that way through the day, so very, very quiet day coming up the the winds are nice and light. Temperatures starting to rise. It looks good.
