Vineland Elks 1422 Donate to Non-Profit Organizations

On December 18, 2020, Joseph E. Romano, president of the Vineland Elks #1422, presented a $1,500 donation to Matthew Milam, president of the Board for the Vineland Soup Kitchen. Funding comes from an Elks National Foundation Beacon Grant and a $500 donation from an Elks National Gratitude Grant. The mission of the Vineland Soup Kitchen is to provide meals to community members in need.
Romano also presented a $500 donation to both the Cumberland County Boys & Girls Club, and the Area 8 Special Olympics. These donations were made possible by monies obtained from the Elks National Foundation Gratitude Grant.

Joseph E. Romano, president of the Vineland Elks Lodge 1422, recently presented a $1,000 donation to Major Jackie Rivera, commanding officer of the Salvation Army in Vineland, to help with the food pantry. This donation was made possible by an Elks National Foundation Gratitude Grant.
Romano also presented a $500 donation from the members of the Vineland Elks Lodge, who held a white elephant fundraiser in 2019 to help the Salvation Army purchase this year’s Christmas gifts.
