Ralph Clarence Reneson passed from death to life on Thursday, January 4, 2024, after a long and arduous battle with Parkinson’s Disease. He was born on August 12, 1953, to Matthew and Lillian (Holty) Reneson. As a child, Ralph attended Bible camp and responded to the call to repent of his sins and trust in Jesus alone as his Lord and Savior. That decision would impact his life forever. Ralph loved being outside and found joy riding horses at his family’s farm and with his neighbors. He also excelled at wrestling during high school and at Pillsbury Baptist Bible College. Afterwards he continued his education at Mankato State University. On May 16, 1981, Ralph married Christine (Marsolek) in Rochester, MN, and the couple was blessed with three children. Ralph’s love for the outdoors was also shared by his family. Delores M. Ledebuhr, 96, of Rochester, MN passed away Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at Season’s Hospice House. She was born in Buffalo County, WI, and grew up in the Cochrane, WI area. She had a long working career working into her late eighties. Delores was an avid gardener and loved to sew and crochet. She is survived by her four daughters Barb (Don) Prow, Bonnie Schilling, Becky Ledebuhr, and Belinda (Neil) Dietrich. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband Ervin of 68 years.

The sun has set on a beautiful life. Verna Mathilda (Nelson) Kraft, 96, passed away on January 2 in Rochester, Minnesota at Cottagewood Memory Care. She was born September 1, 1927 in her sister’s home in Austin Minnesota. Verna lived in numerous SE MN communities, moving as her father’s blacksmith’s business necessitated. After attending 8 different schools, she spent her high school years in Austin. She married Lawrence Kraft March 21, 1944 in San Diego, CA at the Naval Hospital. Soon after, their first child Judy was born. After he returned from the war, they made their way back to Minnesota and moved to a farm in Dexter. During that time, a daughter, Debi and a son, Larry, were born. In 1957 the family relocated to a farm near Spring Valley. During that time, Verna contended with no indoor bathroom or running water, she did a large amount of baking and field work. She raised ducks, chickens, and had a substantial garden and orchard. Suzanne Nelson Tolman, retired School Psychologist, Independent School District #535, Rochester, Minnesota, was born in Omaha, Nebraska on November 8, 1931. The daughter of Lottie Kerns Nelson and Raymond Leroy Nelson, she attended Omaha North High School, Omaha, Nebraska, played piano (Mendelssohm piano concerto with the concert orchestra her senior year).
